Material and Care
Every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch, so returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects (fault in craftsmanship, material, or finish)
- Sizing issues (where applicable)
Not accepted for: change of mind, colour/design variation (natural, expected in handcrafted pieces), or general dissatisfaction.
Refund eligibility: Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags, packaging, and documents intact, and barcode/security tag untampered.
Not eligible: Custom/Made-to-Order pieces, unless defective.
How to return:
- Email care@toratory.com within 3 days of delivery with order number + description (and photo) of the defect/sizing issue.
- Our QC team reviews and approves.
- We arrange collection.
- After inspection confirms condition, refund/replacement is processed.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. If item fails condition checks, it's sent back unrefunded.
No refund if: worn/damaged, non-defect/sizing reason, missing tags/packaging, custom item (non-defective), request after 3 days, or minor natural variation.

The ring is hand-hammered on the inside and mirror-polished on the outside, holding two distinct finishes within a single band. Sculpted in bronze and finished with 24k gold plating.
