Returns & Refunds

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and display it.

Does TORA & TORY offer a warranty?

Yes. We stand by the enduring quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Each Tora & Tory creation is backed by a lifelong warranty against craftsmanship defects. This excludes natural wear, accidental damage, and modifications made by any third party. For repair or warranty enquiries, please contact our customer care team.

Sizing & Material

How do I choose the correct ring or bracelet size?

We recommend referring to our size guide before ordering. For rings, you can measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own or have your finger measured by a local jeweller; for bracelets, measure your wrist snugly and add a little ease for comfort. If you're unsure, email care@toratory.com and we'll happily guide you.

Do you offer resizing services?

Yes — we offer resizing on eligible pieces. Contact care@toratory.com with your order details and we'll advise on options, turnaround time, and any applicable charges.

What materials are used in TORA & TORY creations?

As a demi-fine brand, our pieces are crafted from a bespoke Bronze alloy and 925 Silver, finished with 24kt Gold Plating and set with natural semi-precious gemstones. Details for each piece are listed on its product page.

Are the materials authentic?

Absolutely. Every piece is made to demi-fine standards using genuine materials, and we're transparent about the exact composition of each design on its product page.

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you created an account, you can also track it under your order history.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If it hasn't updated in a while, or the estimated delivery date has passed, email care@toratory.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier right away.
