WHEN WILL MY TORA & TORY PIECE ARRIVE?

• Ready-to-Ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
  Made-to-Order pieces require an additional 3–4 working days of production time before dispatch.
  Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location; however, we strive to ensure all orders reach you as promptly as possible.
  Shipping within India is complimentary.
  Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat fee of INR 99.

WHERE DOES TORA & TORY DELIVER?

• We currently ship across India via BlueDart.
  For clients located in Delhi/NCR, we can arrange a Porter delivery, subject to availability.
  International orders may be accommodated depending on the destination country.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PIECE ARRIVE IN?

• Your TORA & TORY jewellery will arrive nestled in our signature bespoke box, designed to protect and showcase your piece beautifully.
  Each order is then secured in a discreet outer shipping case that displays only the details required for safe and timely delivery.

CAN MY PURCHASE BE GIFT WRAPPED?

• Gift wrapping and branded shopping bags will be available soon.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping label and tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
